• Payments can be made via secure online methods.
• Prices listed are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

• If a customer cancels after confirmation, the booking amount is non-refundable.
• If cancellation is made by AnimalsLover, the full booking amount will be refunded.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days.

• Returns only accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
• Pets once adopted cannot be returned, but support will be provided.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be credited to the original payment method.

• Metro Cities: Delivery within 2 days.
• Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Delivery in 3–7 days depending on location.
• Delays due to third-party logistics are beyond our control, but we will update you.
